Common Uses
Allegra is the last generation antihistamine, which is the best drug on the market developed to treat allergy symptoms such as sneezing, itchy, water eyes, runny nose and other. The doctor will determent you when you can use Allegra.  

How to Take
Usually Allegra is taken with or without food in the morning or in the evening. The recommended dose in treatment seasonal allergy for adults over 12 years is 60 mg twice a day or 180 mg once a day. For Children from the age 6 to 11 the recommended dose should not be more than 30 mg twice a day. For other age the recommended dose prescribe by doctor.
Take Allegra with plenty of water, do not chew or crush tablet. Do not take Allegra with juice it may cause side effect.

Warning and Precautions
Allegra may cause dizziness. But it does not cause drowsiness if you use normal dosage which is prescribed for you. Do not take alcohol or other medicines which have influence on CNS. Try to avoid driving vehicle or perform unsafe tasks until you know your reaction of Allegra.

Missed Dose
If your doctor gave you strict instructions not to miss dose and if you missed one take the missed dose as soon as you remembered. If it is time for your next dose, skip it and continue taking you medicine regularly. Do not double the medicine. It can cause severe side effects.

Overdose
Reports of Allegra overdose are infrequent, and because of this, the effects are not well established.

Storage
Store Allegra at a room temperature, protected from light, heat and moisture, in original packaging until just before use. Keep away from pets and children.

Possible Side Effects
Any of the medicine can cause side effects. You should visit doctor immediately if you experienced drowsiness, sleepiness, nausea, vomiting, weakness, fatigue. Allegra can cause side effects that may impair your thinking or reactions.
